Charter Oak Bookings books New England acoustic bands at venues in the Northeastern United States. Our emphasis is Americana music, including bluegrass, old-timey, and folk music. Our client list is: 

  

Last Fair Deal		Last Fair Deal is an Americana band drawing on swing, folk, bluegrass, old-time string band, acoustic rock, and jug band music, with additional blues, jazz, and Celtic influences. Features Tom Hagymasi on fiddle, accordion, bouzouki, and lead vocals; Paul Howard on guitar, harmonica, and lead vocals; Todd Howard on bass, bodhran, and lead vocals; and Phil Zimmerman on mandolin, banjo, and lead vocals.
North By Northeast		North By Northeast - "small batch bluegrass" - features Grammy-winning Stacy Phillips on fiddle, dobro and vocals; Phil Zimmerman (formerly of Traver Hollow) on mandolin and lead vocals; Dave Howard (of Please & Thank You Stringband) on guitar and lead vocals; Bruce Stockwell (of The Stockwell Brothers) on banjo and harmony vocals; and introducing Kelly Stockwell on bass.
Heroes of Tradition		Heroes of Tradition is a duet performing American roots music; often teaching some of the history of the music as part of the performance. Features Grammy-winning Stacy Phillips on fiddle, dobro, and lead vocals, and Phil Zimmerman on guitar, mandolin, banjo, and lead vocals.
